Servicing

GPR INSTRUMENT SERVICING AND CALIBRATION


MALA GPR Australia's service department offers component level repairs of all ABEM and MALA instruments. Annual servicing of your Ground Penetrating Radar locator will provide for longer service life, higher field reliability and increased re-sale value. In addition also meeting your organisations duty-of-care obligations in relation to ensuring your instrument operates to manufacturers specifications.

In order to service your unit please follow the below procedure. 
  1. Download the Service Request form.
  2. Fill this form in and send a copy of this to support@malagpr.com.au
  3. Please take care correctly filling in your company details, return shipping address and preferred method for outbound shipping.
  4. Await reply from our support team.   
  5. Once you have confirmation from support you may ship your instrument to MALA. You can find our address here. Please label the outside of the box with your companies name. 
  6. Once the service is complete you will be notified with a Service Report and issued with a invoice from accounts. 
  7. If you prefer any other form of shipping or pick up please specify. If not your instrument will be shipped with TNT Road Express. 
  8. Upon receipt of payment your unit will be shipped to your selected address on the Service Request form via the preferred courier service


Additional information to note - 

Please do NOT ship damaged batteries with instruments. MALA GPR Australia does not repair batteries. 
If you have damaged batteries we can add the cost of new batteries to your Service Request if required.
