NEW SERVICE SCHEDULE INTRODUCED FOR EASYLOCATOR AND CX11 CONCRETE SCANNER
We have often been asked to provide scheduled service reports for our user's instruments. Many larger clients require a documented service history for locating instrumentation used on their sites. This is a requirement that has been carried over from the standard EM location instruments which a typically require calibration every year.
As the first Ground Penetrating Radar instrument supplier in Australia GPRtech now introduce a yearly maintenance schedule available to all MALÅ CX11 and EasyLocator users. We keep the most commonly used spare parts and will do our very best to turn around your instrument service in 24 hours to maintain the continuation of your business. At the completion of the service a full service report is issued for your records.
The maintenance program is designed to minimise downtime and maintenance cost over the lifetime of the instrument by taking a preventative approach. Your instrument will be assessed in relation to mechanical wear, depth calibration and all firmware will be updated to latest version.
If your MALÅ Ground Penetrating Radar instrument has not been assessed in the last 12 months you are welcome to contact us to arrange for a service of your unit. All instrument service is carried out by a qualified geophysicist with years of experience supporting your type of instrument.
